My Westwood rim

The makers leaflet enclosed states S/S does this mean stainless steel?

Also I am looking foe a rear wheel with or without 3 speed for same bike do you sell them, and the cost please

Following the provided sizes, as long a you have rod brakes this should fit.
For a rear we currently do not have anything to fit.
