Thank you for your enquiry, no sorry it is not suitable for tubeless tyres.

This will fit if the current wheel is:

Disc brake for 6 bolt rotor.
26" wheel size.
100mm Hub OLN
Quick release axle.

This wheel has a 20mm internal rim so would be compatible with 26" tyres from 1.5" up to around 2.3".

Need a front wheel to replace broken rim on tandem. we only do recreational rides.

Although this is not a heavy duty tandem specific wheel, it will be plenty capable for light recreational rides without the addition of luggage.
