Is it possible to mount a disc brake rotor on this wheel?

Hi, I'm building a single speed utility (aka shopping) bike on a Cotic frame with horizontal rear drop-outs & disc brakes. Will this wheel work? If not, any suggestiions?

Shimano BSA threaded freewheels will fit onto this wheel.

Is this compatible with a 1/8" or 3/32" single speed freewheel?
