Is this compatible with a 7 speed altus shimano cassette??

Yes it is compatible with a 7 speed cassette. SK 14/07/23

will it work with a 10 speed cassette

hello, although it says an 8 speed hub I just want to check is this also compatible with 10 speed cassettes?
